Krubera Group Limited is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and candidates. In order to provide our services we collect a variety of personal data. Data that we process may include but is not limited to – name, contact details, education, qualifications, employment history, emergency contact details, a record of our contact history with you with comments and references from third parties. We recommend you not to provide information which may be deemed sensitive on your CV as we will retain any documents that you have provided. In addition to information provided by you, we may gather information from LinkedIn, Google, Company websites, press and periodicals and other publicly available sources.
Krubera will use your data in a number of ways. Work finding activities – this will include storing and updating your details on our database, sending your data to clients in order to be considered for a role. Marketing activities – we may send you relevant information about job opportunities for yourself or people you may know,
We are committed to taking all reasonable and applicable steps to protect the personal data we hold from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. In order to ensure this we have internal policies and procedures in place to safeguard our data which includes measures to deal with a suspected data breach.
We will generally keep your personal data for no longer than 3 years if we have had no meaningful contact with you during this period after which it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the purpose(s) for which it was obtained.
You have the right to obtain access to your personal data; to have it updated or corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to request that we restrict its processing or remove your data entirely from our system.
